WebSo last year October I sprained my my lat, right side, lower back, close to the spine. The pain was excruciating. Struggled to sleep, couldn’t work out for at least a month, thereafter doing modified recovery workouts. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I was sitting on the floor fixing the vacuum cleaner and re injured that same area. WebI’m likely suffering from a herniated disc in lower back/lumbar. I have sciatic nerve pain in the right side of my lower back and leg/calf. Not feeling any issues in my thighs.
