However, The dealership says they usually replace the entire control arm. They also said that you can't just buy the ball joint, that another part must be used. I knock the lower ball joints out with a 3 lb hammer before removing the control arms. But if you are having this much trouble now it probably would be better to take the lower arms to a shop and have them replace both ball joints.
