WebDec 12, 2024 · Same issue here. Reloading and restarting the game does not fix it. Can't draw any weapon or even my fists. I found a way to fix it. You need to enter a cutscene, which will allow you to use weapons/items again. The easiest way to do this is to hire a hooker. There are 2 in Japantown where Okada is.
